Resumen

Se presenta el caso clínico de un paciente donde se aplicaron técnicas anestésicas combinadas para optimizar el manejo del dolor y mejorar la recuperación postoperatoria del paciente. Se destaca la importancia de la evaluación preoperatoria exhaustiva y la selección cuidadosa de las técnicas anestésicas para adaptarse a las necesidades individuales del paciente y las características específicas de la cirugía. La combinación de bloqueos nerviosos periféricos y anestesia epidural permitió una anestesia eficaz, opción segura, recuperación y reducción de complicaciones.

Abstract

The clinical case of a patient who underwent combined anesthetic techniques to optimize pain management and improve postoperative recovery is presented. The importance of a thorough preoperative evaluation and careful selection of anesthetic techniques to suit the patient's individual needs and the specific characteristics of the surgery are highlighted. The combination of peripheral nerve blocks and epidural anesthesia allowed for effective anesthesia, a safe option, improved recovery, and reduced complications.
